At MSQW we teach our patients the ideal way for them to stretch, and make sure they know exactly how to practice those stretches at home. We firmly believe in the ongoing education of our patients so that they can continue to work their chiropractic program when they are away from our practitioners.

For many of our patients who sit at a desk all day, posture improvement can be an unexpected and hugely beneficial component of our chiropractic care.

Want to visit? Here’s what your first appointment will look like

A typical first visit with our chiropractic team will last about 30-45 minutes. 

We start with a detailed assessment:

To start, you’ll meet one-on-one with one of our chiropractors for an in-depth assessment. Together, you’ll go over your medical history, current concerns, and most importantly, establish health goals for you to move towards. This process will also include a full posture, mobility, and movement assessment in order to determine the cause of any pain you may have. 

This full-scale analysis allows us to create a completely custom plan aimed at getting you feeling better quickly and safely.


Next, we’ll provide your first treatment

After we establish your health goals and assess the state of your body, our chiropractors will make sure all of your questions about your health are answered. We will then provide our first chiropractic adjustment, taking great care to make sure you are comfortable and aware of how each technique fits into the larger picture of your health and movement goals. 

In some cases, this adjustment may not be necessary. 


Finally, we make a plan to help you work towards your long term health goals

The goal of the first visit is to understand the way your body moves and see what we can do to improve those movements. The last thing we do is provide you with specific video-based stretches and exercises to help accomplish your health goals. 

These additional assets will help you create change in a short amount of time, putting you on track to reaching your goals.

We adhere to an open dialogue with all our patients and welcome feedback. We never want our patients to feel uncomfortable with their plan— it’s imperative to nurture a solid foundation of communication, which we emphasize at every visit.
